1. Processing Time
Orders are shipped within an indicative timeframe of 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation, for all European Union countries.
This timeframe is provided for informational purposes and may be exceptionally extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs inspections, local public holidays in the destination country, carrier strikes, exceptional weather conditions, or any other case of force majeure. Leodora shall not be held liable for delivery delays resulting from such circumstances.
In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified by email and may track the progress of their order using the tracking number provided.
2. Shipping Method and Security
The security of your jewelry is our highest priority.

All shipments are handled exclusively via carriers specialized in the transport of valuables.

Each package is shipped with ad valorem insurance covering the full value of the jewelry.

A signature is systematically required upon delivery. No package will be left without proof of receipt.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
4. Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt, we invite you to inspect the exterior condition of the package in the presence of the courier. If the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage, we recommend that you refuse the package or note specific reservations on the delivery slip. Any observed anomalies must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
